Zoas & Button Polyps

Button polyps (Zooanthus sp) are one of the most commonly seen corals for sale. This is in part due to their hardiness and their many awesome colour variations. They are a colonial species that grow in groups. Button polyps are closely related to anemones. We recommend feeding Button polyps fine frozen food like Cyclop-eeze.  They are hardy and can adapt to the many different conditions found in captive reefs. These make a great beginner coral and tolerate weak to strong lighting.
